Our services
RankNovo provides digital marketing and web design services, including SEO, AI search optimization, social media marketing, paid advertising management, content marketing, website design and development, branding and maintenance, as described on this website and in your proposal.
Packages, quotes and pricing
Package prices are listed on this website in US dollars. Custom work is priced in a written quote. Prices may change for new orders; existing clients receive notice before any change applies to them.
Payment and billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month, or each quarter if you choose quarterly billing. Website projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on launch.
Third-party costs such as ad spend, hosting, domains, premium plugins and paid tools are paid by you directly unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation
Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for work in progress are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the website design, content and creative work produced for you, along with your domains, hosting, analytics and ad accounts. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and feedback, and to make sure any materials you give us do not infringe anyone else's rights.
Results
Search engines, AI platforms and ad networks control their own results and algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI mentions, traffic or sales, but we commit to doing the agreed work professionally and reporting transparently.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, RankNovo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
