When you chat with Novi, your messages and any details you choose to share (such as your name, email, phone number and business needs) are processed by Anthropic to generate replies and are stored on our server.

When a chat ends, the full conversation and an AI-generated summary are emailed to our team so we can follow up on your enquiry. Stored chat logs are deleted from our server after 30 days. Please don't share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
